A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and other resonant instruments. These sound waves create a deeply immersive and therapeutic environment designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

During a sound bath session, participants typically lie down or sit comfortably in a quiet space while the practitioner plays the instruments. The sound vibrations resonate through the body, helping to clear energy blockages, balance the body's energy centers (chakras), and induce a state of deep meditation and tranquility. Sound baths are often used as a form of holistic therapy, combining the benefits of sound therapy and mindfulness practices.
